\n\tWhat is WebGame? <\/p>\n

\n\tActually WebGame is the so called webpage games, which are games that could be run independently. You don’t need to install programs, just click on the webpage to enjoy the game. These games are good for killing time and they have been sprung up on community platforms such as Facebook and Google +. Words and phrases that emerge from these web games, such as ‘stealing vegetable’, ‘feeding fish’, ‘opening shops’ have also become the ‘hit’ vocabulary. <\/p>\n

\n\tTherefore Game Planning Group of GTW held the first WebGame Cup contest in June this year, inviting every product planner to participate. In addition to experiencing the charm of webpage games, understanding the procedure of webpage games, they also need to compete against their colleagues! <\/p>\n

\n\tThe winners, from 1st<\/sup> place to 4th<\/sup> place all received great gifts. In addition to four lucky players who were randomly drawn out and received gifts, every colleague who participated in this campaign also received ‘participation token’! COO of GTW, Vincent was invited to conduct the conferment ceremony. <\/p>\n

\n\tVincent personally drew out four lucky players. They each received a beautiful mouse pad as token. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tThe campaign began with the online preliminary contest on the 15th<\/sup>. The winners took initiative and reported their results. The final round was conducted in zone 51 on the 15th<\/sup> floor of GHQ at 12pm, 25th<\/sup> of June. That was the day for people who passed the preliminary contest to engage in blood battle! <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tWell, what kind of web game were we competing?<\/p>\n

\n\tThat’s right, it’s the hottest game online—Unlight! <\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tUnlight is a fantasy character card game. The world view was established around 18th<\/sup> century, it was a virtual world where magic and science co-exist. <\/p>\n

\n\t\"Unlight\"<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tCailleach "Saint Brigid" who was living in "Mountains of Madness" has established an army of the decedents which aimed on taking revenge. Players are creatures made by "Saint Brigid" which were similar to dolls. She tried to gather the braves with regards in Mundane World, so that they can be the force which captures living world.<\/p>\n

\n\tSuicide committers, the murdered, the noble, the poor…<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat is Cailleach's real purpose? What is the relationship between braves and players? <\/p>\n

\n\tA massive and mysterious storyboard, and an exciting adventure, Unlight is an fascinating web game. This is not some simple battle, it is all about logic, tactics and card games! <\/p>\n

\n\tYou have to decide when to use which card combination. Moreover, Unlight is a game about ‘characters’! Everything is determined by the dice of fate, therefore each product planner\/player, we shall see if you’ve accumulated enough good karma! <\/p>\n

\n\tPray for the god to give you a smashing hit! <\/p>\n

\n\tAfter reading all that, don’t you wanna check out what really went on at the final round? No problem, let’s take a look at some highlights on the contest day! <\/p>\n

\n\tMany people showed up to cheer for the contestants at the final round! <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tEach contestant focused 100% on the game, for fear they might lose it at any minute. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tTowards the end of the contest, friends and supporters surrounded the contestants and cheered for them. Tension was running high! <\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tAfter rounds of thrilling fights, four winners made their ways to the top. After the joyous award ceremony, Vincent commended all the Gamanians there and said that playing games is very important because Gamania is a game company. It doesn’t matter which position we hold, to understand more about games can certainly benefit our works. He hoped that such activity could continue to be held in the future! <\/span><\/p>\n
