Gamania’s leisure racing game Kart Rider released its biggest expansion this year simultaneously in Taiwan, China and Korea: Transformers. The first two new karts are of course Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots, and Galvatron, the leader of the Decepticons! The two new karts completely overturned players’ impression of the game because when the players hit the boosters while in motion, their kart immediately turns into a transformer and keeps going. Along with the all new karts, Kart Rider is also releasing the all new Transformers Track and the official website has also been revamped with a Transformers Theme. The Transformers Showdown event running from now through to July 17 will allow players to join the Autobot or Decepticon camp in the game and earn reward points through racing. The top rewards including the rare Q-edition racing drivers Neo Optimus Prime and Uber Galvatron!

Showdown between Autobots and Decepticons: Who Will You Stand With!?
The highlights of this expansion are two all new racing karts. Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots camp, who was once an ordinary Autobot. He became the leader of the Autobots after being granted special powers. Equipped with new engines and the Autobots booster, the Optimus Prime racing mode is a red and blue semi-trailer. It produces 110% output at the starting line and delivers amazing power during the race. Galvatron, the leader of the Decepticons, is a man-made transformer built by a human organization out of the remains of Megatron, the former Decepticons leader, and then granted great powers by Unicorn, an ancient and powerful evil. Galvatron’s racing kart mode is mainly purple and yellow to emphasize his tyrannical nature. How will the Galvatron’s new engines and Galvatron booster perform on the race tracks? Players will have to find out for themselves! Kart Rider will release further popular Transformer-themed karts in the future so please stay tuned.

Also released in-game is the all-new Transformers Racetrack. As players race each other, all kinds of dynamic transformers scenes will appear along the track. Players will also see the giant Optimus Prime and Megatron racing alongside the tracks as well as other unexpected visual surprises! Kart Rider has launched the Showdown event for transformers as well. From now through to July 17, players can choose to join the Autobots or Decepticons camp when at login. After selecting a camp, players can collect transformer gems for their camp through the game, and then trade collected gems for extra rewards. The biggest reward is the Neo Optimus Prime and Uber Galvatron rare racing driver costumes! The super cute 2-head height Neo Optimus Prime and Uber Galvatron are actually the spiritual form of Optimus Prime and Galvatron formed to challenge contemporary racing drivers on the racing tracks! Of course, everyone knows how fearsome these two characters in combat are, so will their racing technique be as amazing as their combat technique? Try it and find out!
