Starting February 9th, Gamania’s first person shooter, Counter-Strike Online launched the first Ultimate Gore update. This update includes all new ways to play zombie mode, where zombie numbers and health points are higher than ever. One-second invincibility is also introduced with this update, giving players one second of invincibility when they make the transition from human to zombie, dealing enemies an unexpected fata strike. To celebrate the beginning of 2015, a new weapon is also available now, the Thanatos-7. It will be the first to shatter the battlefield as it shoots out slicing blades across the enemy for blade damage, resulting in powerful sustained damage at the limit of its range. At the same time, an array of classic guns and zombie character items like the M4A1 carbine, CV-47, nighthawk, and AWP magnum were made available as permanent default items so that players experience more gratification from interaction in game as overall player equipment levels are enhanced.

New mechanics! One-second invincibility in zombie mode, classic guns and zombie items made permanently available
In order to enhance the game experience for players in 2015, CSO underwent major renovations to optimize zombie mode. The unique one-second invincibility gives players one second of invincibility when they transform from human to zombie, dealing instantaneous damage before enemies have the chance to respond. At the same time, the number of elite zombies will increase by proportion. Short-range weapons with precision firing will see greatly enhanced damage outputs, increasing the applications of short-range weapons. It is up to the player’s skill to dominate the battlefield with these new changes.

In addition, as the game experience is more entertaining once overall default equipment levels are raised for players, a variety of classic weapons and zombie character items are now available permanently. Classic weapons made available by default now include the M4A1 with its amazing accuracy, the night hawk for its outstanding ability to devastate opponents outdoors, and the AWP magnum for its capacity to kill three enemies in a straight line. Zombie character choice items include popular zombies such as Sting Finger and Sarah.

New favorite weapon! Death’s warning bell, the Thanatos-7 emerges
This Counter Strike Online update also includes a new weapon, the Thanatos-7. Part of the Thanatos collection designed and produced by a mysterious ancient Greek research institute, it is a machine gun with the capacity to hold 120 7.62mm bullets. When B mode is activated, the Thanatos Blade System shoots out slicing blades at the enemy for blade damage, resulting in powerful sustained damage at the limit of its range. This stroke of genius will leave enemies witless with fear and inspire surprising strategies across the battlefield.
