▲Gamania reward system is divided into two parts: individual and product sections.
Individual: Senior Staff Award is for staff who serves Gamania more than 5 years; Gama Star will receive cash prize NTD30,000.
Product: Best Inhouse Title is for product that generates revenue over 3 million USD. The winner will receive one silver-platinum trophy and may accumulate the medals. Reaching certain amount in a designated period of time will also result in extra bonus. Best PM award may receive USD10,000.

| Group Senior Staff Award | The purpose of this award is to reward senior Gamanians. Staff serving Gamania for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 years may receive one trophy. The design of the trophy resembles a warrior character from the video game, as the year progresses, the warrior’s appearance will also evolve. |
| Group Retiree Award | This award is given to retired Gamanian as a token of appreciation for his/her contribution to Gamania in wisdom and strength. This trophy is the same as the Senior Staff Award for 25 years, whether the staff retires at the 25th year or serves for 25 years, they will receive this trophy (once only). This is the highest award in this series and represents the highest honor. |
| Group Gama Star | This award is for Gamanians who demonstrate exceptional performance or significant contribution. The staff who receives the award is the perfect role model for fellow Gamanians and is recognized as the ‘star’ in Gamania. |
| Group Best Inhouse Title Award | This award is specifically designed for R&D staff to acknowledge exceptional R&D product creation. Product that generates revenue for more than 3 million USD, the designer may receive a silver-platinum trophy. In addition, There are 3 unprecedented record-breaking Gold-Platinum Award set up for staff who accumulates 5, 10, 15 silver-platinum trophies within the 1st year of product operation. Group Best Inhouse Title Award represents the high praise and recognition for the R&D staff and their products. |
| Group Best PM Award | This award is specifically designed for operational staff to reward PM with stellar performance and those whose marketing strategy and campaigns demonstrate high level creativity. This award is to honor these warriors’ fierce contribution in the operation. |

They will be conferred based on the following: 1st person to accumulate 5 silver-platinum trophies within the 1st year of product operation; 1st person to accumulate 10 silver-platinum trophies within the 1st year of product operation; 1st person to accumulate 15 silver-platinum trophies within the 1st year of product operation. |
