Health is Your Capital

Weight lose is many people’s unspeakable pain. Rather than thinking of it as losing weight, why not think of it as cultivating slimness. Change from your diet habit, instead of eating meals at irregular time and amount, try having 1-2 meals a day and quit midnight snacks. Make it a habit to eat at certain time and amount, chew your food slow and do some exercise to burn off the extra calories!
