[Gama News] Gamania’s annual masterpiece, Cyphers launched the official open beta test on July 31st 2012. Cyphers embodies the thrills of DOTA strategic appliance and exciting action games. Taiwan was announced as the first overseas launch location and was positively perceived by players, who expressed high anticipation for this game. Two game modes, point accumulation battle and player vs. computer, were added for the open beta on July 31st Open Beta. The ‘union system’ was also opened to the public, players could not only take on challenge on their own as practice, but establish their own fighting league. They may look for best partners to battle their way to the top in Cyphers! In addition, to celebrate Cyphers’ first official launch overseas, Korean developer designed a surprise loading screenshot exclusively for players in Taiwan, which incorporated renowned Taiwanese landmark, Taipei 101!

Combining action and DOTA, the new battle experience that Cyphers created is expected to rock Taiwan. COO of GTW, Vincent said that Cyphers is different from other DOTA games in that it added elements of action games creates thrilling excitement and can satisfy broader player base. He believes that Cyphers will open a new game market and become the ‘hot’ item on players’ list this year! To provide players with better game quality, the operation team in Taiwan invested substantial amount on equipment every month, aiming to upgrade hardware facilities and servers to the maximum standard. Players could enjoy the fun of battle in a stable and secure game environment.
Brand New Characters to be Launched Since August 4th
Cyphers originated from a giant eclipse in 1860, many extraordinary men with super power were born then. Two opposing teams were established, Union and Helios due to different beliefs. The exciting super power battles between these two thus began! Players may choose to experience 10 different super power characters in the open beta, including, Mad Dragon Knight—Drexler, Fire Witch—Tara, Destruction—Huto, Ice Whiz—Louis, Moon Slayer—Deimus, Swordgon Rider— Lora, Lethal Inquisitor—Cain, Flame of Doom—Niobe, Holy Light—Alicia, Cannon—Doyle. Starting on August 4th, 4 additional new characters were added, Queen of the Night—Trivia, Eagle of Eclipse— Egale, Lord of Ammunition—Wesley, Light-Chaser—Clare, the diverse and enriched content makes the game fresh and thrilling!

Game Spokesperson, Jolin Tsai Leads the Super Power Leagues to the Battle Field!
In the thrilling open beta of Cyphers, Gamania prepared the most extravagant 3D fashion show in the game history in Taiwan, and the spokesperson and celebrity, Jolin Tsai made her appearance to boost the spirit! In this special fashion show, the characters from the game: Huton, Cain, Loras, Tara, Rena, Shiva, Hotaru and Trixie walked through the runway and had an luxurious walked off. Spokesperson, Jolin Tsai was the ace in the hold, leading all the characters to the stage to initiate the opening ceremony for Gamania’s latest masterpiece, Cyphers!
