After Six Years of Service, Gamania Customer Service Center Takes A Bow An evolutionary step forward

▲On March 15th, 2013, the abolishment of GTW guest center, a place of iconic status, finally takes place, and lives on now in the memories of all gamanians. 

The center was first established in April 2007, as place to receive guests in Taiwan that visit our corporation. Every time a Gamania player sets foot in the headquarters, he or she is greeted by the warm, welcoming gates of the stylish – and orange – Customer Service Center. From April 2007, to March 2013, the center served as the perfect receptionist venue that introduces people to what gamania’s image is about; it has helped countless players resolve problems and meet their additional needs. Now, it’s time to say goodbye.

Customers always come first. Every client should leave with a smile.

Gamania has always held customer satisfaction as one of the top priorities. The objective is to provide each individual with the best solution with professionalism and patience. Such a goal was the means on which this friendly, inviting center established. 

▲The biggest compliment a Gamania servicer can get is a smile on the costumer’s face. 

▲Resembling a classic service space, the center is equipped with a queue management system that requires visitors to take a number before approaching the counter.

Some visitors might have come to file a complaint, therefore, the design of the guest center aimed to create a soothing, pleasant ambiance. On the right, you see two while pillars that go straight into the ceiling. At the bottom is a wide, orange sofa, symbolizing someone relaxing “at the foot of a tree”. On the left, there is a magazine rack that allows players to learn more about gaming info, with a trial game section for visitors to test drive some new Gamania products. You can also have computer and internet access here. On the right wall, a built-in showcase is on display, holding: collectible toys, designer T-shirts, edgy stationary…. etc. Players are welcome to purchase their favorite Gamania products home. GASH credits are also available at the center. There is even a drink vending machine and a free water fountain for visitors to really feel at home. Not every player would leave with problems immediately solved, yet this center is motivated to keep them happy on any aspect possible for the time being. And it works.

The coming of a new era: “Online Customer Service” is now the focus of major corporations

Due to the how the Internet essentially changed our way of life, much business is done through other means, instead of home calls. For example: Digital verification; member need not fax their personal info in, saving a lot of time and resources. It also speeds up the process of helping customers solve their problems. All big companies nowadays are facing the same dilemma. The impact hits directly on the mode of customer service, to be exact. How can we digitalize our interaction with customers and meet their needs in a more efficient way? Online services, such as emails, free web phones, cam-calls etc, are in hot demand as a result. The quality of our services, on the other hand, is a great concern of Gamania. No matter the attitude, patience or professional knowledge, are the keys to what makes a good service. 

▲Besides from a well-rounded attitude, the receptionists must have a profound understanding of all Gamania products.

We hope that, with the help of technical advantages, the corporation and the customer can come to a more intimate level of understanding each other. The company pinpoints and tends to the problem within minutes of time, and the client will not have to make an effort just to be heard and noticed. Every voice counts. In order to provide the best service to the most people in the shortest amount of time, “Online Customer Service” must become a priority in the future.

The end of the service center also marks the beginning of a new evolution. It reflects how our service shifts to meet current needs in a more efficient way. Every goal is to make sure that our customers are attended to and made satisfied!
