The Branding Center Tour Welcomes You! 

 

As our corporate structure is reaching the state of sophistication, our image needs to adapt to the change as well. Gamanians not only need to embody inspiration and fun, but also professionalism and confidence. Starting in 2010, “Gamania” as a brand has presented itself to the public, and now signifies much more than just a name. This concept is realized through the implement of Gamania Business Headquarters Smart Office 2. 0.

 

Our colleagues from the Branding Center have redecorated their new office before the Christmas holidays, and invited everyone to visit their new “home” on Dec 20th. A pre-Christmas party was held to appreciate all the efforts of Gamanians this year. Let’s take a look at the highlights of the day! 

 

About Gamania Business Headquarters Smart Office 2.

 

Smart Office 2.0 embodies corporate professionalism and sophistication through its black features. With a structure based on “dynamic organization units”, office space is designed to be much more close to daily life, with complex, smart designs that appeal to the user’s sense of style. This model will be the blueprint of all office spaces to come.

Separate

The idea is to separate working spaces from tour spaces. This allows Gamanians to work without interference and much more comfortably. 

The Branding Center tour starts from the Lobby, and leads to the exhibition room and idea kitchen, as to convey our message of working in a simple, chic environment. The roomy, tidy areas provide a great getaway for relieving stress, so that Gamanians can pump up and fight the next round! The concept of “separating” creates the best work environment! 

Manage

In order to meet different demands, office space is divided into several main divisions that group up those of relating nature. On the one hand this avoids any waste of office space, on the other hand, management becomes much more efficient this way! 

The operator desks, guest rooms, conference rooms …etc, if all of them were located on the 15F, this would be the business section. The 1st and 2nd floor would be the energy section of Gama Island, where we recharge our our spirits, as well as our stomaches! 

Accelerate

Internal cloud systems and digital transmittance: Strategic tactics, product messages, marketing analysis and life style reports… all of this is connected and announced through our OH/SNS systems. No one will ever be the last to know upon receiving the latest news! 

The important topics and announcements are made offical through real-time messages or video clips. For example, when a guest arrives, or whenever any internal orientation program takes place, even the daily special in Gama Island! In the future, if an “Gamania Corporate” building is established, Gama Events can take place, live, anywhere, anytime!

Redefine

Renovating office space with natural material, as a means to tone down the overly-technological vibe most corporations have. We aim to create a more homely and cultivated environment for colleagues, to really feel “at home” during work. 

Accessible libraries will be set up with updated magazines and other publications for market research. It will in turn reflect our unique Gamania artistic sub-culture. 

Throughout

Each department utilizes their space differently, and each should have their own design. From the core units (which have a futuristic decor) to the operations (that need a more homely appeal), every division is entitled to a unique office style. 

The Branding Center’s “idea kitchen” is to have all information gathered and processed through a central unit, placed on the table of innovation, and bake out original ideas. Other departments may have their own demands, such as: HR could set up a main interview room that holds all related meetings in a single space. 

 
 

Welcome back, Christmas Gingerbread House!

 

As to welcome the coming of Dec. 20th, the Branding Center used their own free time to start the rennovation project. The steps are roughly divided as project planning, designing, procurement, production and furnishing. Going with the theme “Christmas Gingerbread House”, each was responsible for an assignment – some finished the project, some designed the graphics, some purchased all the necessities, and others made paper mistletoes. Together, they set up the final display on site.

▲Setting up the table can be an art, too! ▲Everyone was scrambling all over the place before the party started. It turned out to be quite perfect though, don’t you think?
