Top Animator Brings Makina Dolls Mobile Game to Life!

The local operations teams for MIMIGIGI mobile games announced today (7/10) that it is introducing Makina Dolls, developed by the Japanese game maker Dropwave. The game attracted widespread attention among gamers because all of the in-game cut-scenes were produced by Satoshi Nishimura, the Japanese producer known for his work on the Hajime no Ippo TV series, the TRIGUN Badlands Rumble movie, Hunter x Hunter and other animes familiar to anime fans. Players were particularly fired up by the offer of a Makina Dolls figure as the reward for collecting a full card set. Makina Dolls is slated to go launch on both Google Play and the Apple Store on July 16. To celebrate the launch of the Makina Dolls fan group, players who like, share or post from today onwards will have a chance to receive Yuki Miku and in-game virtual items. This a limited offer so players will have to be quick.

▲MIMIGIGI announced that it has secured the right to distribute the popular Japanese kawaii-style mobile game Maikina Dolls in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

A Moe Story of Companions and the Search for True Memories

In Makina Dolls, the player will play the hero from a first-person perspective, transported to a strange world with no memories of his past. He then accidentally becomes the master of a group of magical dolls. During the journey, the hero will go on adventures with the dolls and fight off attacks by mecha warriors. Apart from recovering his own memories and companions, the hero will gradually discover the real reason why mecha warriors are attacking the magical dolls.

Player will explore each region and constantly run into magical dolls with differing personalities. This will trigger some heart-warming, exciting storylines, or even cut-scenes which bring the region to a perfect conclusion. As the art and animation in Makina Dolls were all produced by Satoshi Nishimura, the producer for Hajime no Ippo Rising and the old version of Hunter x Hunter, this will provide players with even more eye candy in the game.
